James Higgins -

Mr. Higgins is head of North American Credit for GFI and established Christopher Street Capital as GFI's customer facing division in the Credit Markets.  Prior to joining GFI, Mr. Higgins worked as a Portfolio Manager at Black River Asset Management.  He started his career at Salomon Brothers in 1992 as an Investment Grade Credit Trader.  Mr. Higgins ran the high yield trading desk from 1997-2002, then moved to London to run European Credit trading before being named Co-head of Global Credit trading in 2005.  He holds an AB in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from Northwestern.


Richard Royden -
Richard joined CSC in July 2009 to establish a merger arbitrage and special situations group. Prior to this he spent 2007/2008 running the JPMorgan merger arbitrage business. He joined UBS in 2000, and ran the Equity Arbitrage Group (EAG) from 2002-2005. EAG primarily serviced absolute return mandated investors in European event driven situations such as M&A, spin offs as well as other softer event/catalyst/value situations such as stub, capital structure and holding company transactions. In addition to his EAG responsibilities Richard was involved with the general development of UBS' European equity HF and prime brokerage franchise, and has had responsibility for developing a number of structured transactions involving HFs and corporate customers of the Bank. From 2005 to 2007 Richard worked in Investment Banking at UBS where he co-founded the Alternative Capital Group. Prior to UBS he spent 10 years at HSBC Securities working in their OTC derivatives and structured products units in both London and New York. Richard was educated at Stowe School and studied the CFIMP at London Business School.


Iain Baillie -
Iain has been involved in the European fixed income market for over 30 years as a trader of both government and corporate bonds, culminating in heading European credit trading as a Managing Director of Salomon Smith Barney.  Prior to this Iain was also a founding director of LBDP a successful agency broker in European credit.  Of late, Iain ran the European business for MarketAxess, the leading provider of electronic execution in the credit market.


Edward Cahill -
Edward Cahill runs the structured credit effort at Christopher Street Capital in London. Previously, he ran the CDO group at Barclays Capital and JP Morgan in London. Prior to that he ran European ABS and CDO trading at JP Morgan. He began his career as a CDS trader at UBS.


Hugh Bleahen -
Hugh Bleahen co-runs the CSC Equities product from London with David Quinn. Previously, Hugh ran Knight Capital Groups London operation for four years. Prior to Knight, Hugh worked at Credit Suisse for six years where he started his career sales trading.


David Quinn -
David Quinn co-runs the CSC Equities product from London with Hugh Bleahen. Previously, David was a managing director at Bear Sterns on Equity sales trading. Prior to Bear Sterns, David worked at Lehman Brothers where he started his career sales trading.
